3. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, graphics, logos, source code, documentation, and materials developed by FOVEA SOLUTIONS remain the intellectual property of FOVEA SOLUTIONS unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Upon full payment and subject to contractual terms, ownership of custom-developed deliverables may be transferred to the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the legality of content supplied to FOVEA SOLUTIONS.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and access information.

5. Payments and Billing

  • Payments shall be made according to the agreed proposal, quotation, or contract.
  • Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.
  • All fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information exchanged during the course of the engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

FOVEA SOLUTIONS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Third-Party Services

Our solutions may integrate with third-party services, APIs, hosting providers, payment gateways, or software. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of such third-party services.

9. Service Availability

While we strive for uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee continuous availability and may perform maintenance, upgrades, or modifications as necessary.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if these terms are violated or if required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

12. Governing Law
